Job Description
1. Assist the admin team in proper implementation, monitoring, and control of procurement/invoice processes through organization portals
2. Assist the team in handling receipt of shipments and logistics processes
3. Assist manager in processing requests for visas, identity cards, and other documents in accordance with requirements
4. Manage the arrangement of travel and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations
5. Perform office clerical duties in support of the assigned department or division or manager
6. Coordinate in other HR-related activities like joining formalities, employee, engagement, HR administration, etc.

1. Good command of MS-office
2. Education - BBA(HR)/MBA(HR)/B.Com/BE
3. General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Ability and willingness to follow directions given and to perform assigned duties in accordance with applicable guidelines, policies, and procedures
5. Articulate communication skills - verbal, written, and organizational skills with add on telephone etiquette
6. Good in organizing and structuring various tasks and responsibilities
7. Desire to learn and grow professionally grow
