Job Title: HR Administrator (Female Only)

Education Qualification: Any graduation / MBA HR.

Job Description:
  • Recruitment- Identify the employment needs by discussing with the management and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
  • Posting jobs in various job portals and through other resources.
  • Coordination - calling and emailing the candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist - Conducting first level of interviews, short listing candidates.
  • Perform all the on boarding formalities and induction.
  • Coordinate with the concerned colleagues and schedule orientation and training for new employees.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Administer all the documentation works such as offer letters.
  • Ensure all the relevant databases are up to date, accurate and everything complies with legislation.
  • Ensure Performance management and improvement systems.
  • Maintain good employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails and phone calls.
  • Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
  • Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
  • Prepare contracts for suppliers as advised. Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the Company.
  • Salary management - prepare and send pay slips on time.
  • Attendance and leave management.
  • Communicate with potential people in matters related to business appointments.
  • Co-ordinate the Sales activities and communication with the Management.
  • Reporting to the Management related to the duties appointed to perform.
  • Update the corporate bank account records in company database.
  • Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct Exit processes.
Main requirements:
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in HR domain and recruitment.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Ability to work individually as well as with different teams/ people.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks among multiple assigned projects and solve problems proactively.
  • Positive work approach.
  • Basic finance knowledge an added advantage.
