Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION (Female Preferable)
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Handle the entire Induction process
5. Overall looking at the Salary structure & Comply with all the compliance (PF, ESI)
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
7. Nurture a positive working environment
8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements:
a) People-oriented and results-driven
b) Good with Microsoft Office & drafting emails.
c) Knowledge of HR systems and databases
d) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
e) Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
f) Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
g) Minimum knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
h) Degree in Human Resources or related field will add value
