Job Description
- Facilitate Recruitment activities as per requirement given by Managers
- Coordinate and meet with the Training Placement Officers (TPO’) in Colleges and Institutes
- Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates
- Introducing the company to Colleges and Institutes
- Assisting in all recruitment activities
- Should be able to build and maintain good rapport with TPO’s and Placement Coordinators
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command over Hindi
- Well organized, ability to multi task
- Team player
- Travel is a must
- Good convincing power
- Any graduate or higher
