Educational & Experience Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Profile (In Detail):1) Support in end-to-end onboarding activities.

   i) Preparation of Welcome Kit.

  ii) IT asset allocation.

 iii) To support induction for all new joiners.

 iv) Responsible for maintaining onboarding tracker & related documents

2. Data Management:

Attendance monitoring and readiness for sharing with payroll

Statutory compliance (returns) related to contract labor, maintaining a register of contract labor, annual returns, employment exchange, etc.

Maintain registers/returns under Factories Act like Form no.20, Form No.16, Form No.17, etc. Coordinate with operations and other departments i.e. data collection and overtime monitoring based on Factories Act.

Preparation of License requirement as per Contract Labour Act.

3. Others:

- Supporting Organisation Charts for the entire organization. Updating on a monthly basis.

- Assists in the maintenance of Job Description data for employees.

- Supports in designing and digitalization of templates.
