- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- New Employee Joining Formalities
- Maintaining MIS.
- Update & Maintaining Employee leave record in Software as well as Excel.
- Update Daily & Monthly Attendance Record in Software as well as Excel
- Absenteeism Analysis.
- Grievance handling various staff & worker issues/queries.
- Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle to meet manpower requirements

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
- Should be good at MS Office and other important HR tools.
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization (PG/MBA Preferable).
- Having 2-3 yrs Experience in same field.
- Salary Range Gross Rs. 15000/- pm (Negotiable for right candidate)
