Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for sourcing, screening profiles matching the requirement criteria. This would include searching of right candidates from various methods like job portals, social media

• Ready to take up challenges and work in flexible environment.

• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.

• Work in various documentation activities, like preparation of JDs, candidate evaluation reports / profiles etc.

• Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements

• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Leaves and Attendance management.

• Induction and Training process.

• Ready to work in target basis.
