Job Description
- Sourcing & Screening
- Will be responsible for hiring Middle & Senior level recruitments.
- Receiving manpower requisition from clients and understand the requirements and criticality of the position.
- Utilize various recruitment methods and strategies to locate talented candidates including direct sourcing from Job portals, social networking sites, Head hunting, references, and resume databases.
- Conducting preliminary interviews and understand their Capabilities, strengths, limitations, interest level and confirmed the same with the clients for the further processing, in the selection process.
- Sending profiles to the client. Taking feedback from client, lining up the candidates for the interview.
- Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the company.
- Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
- Negotiate salary with applicant while balancing the clients offered compensation package.
- HR co-ordination and briefing and maintaining a parallel conversation between HR and candidate(s)
- Handling In-house Recruitment also.
- On the day to day relationships with all key clients.
- Follow up for new positions
- Responsible for day to day Activities.
- Daily activity reports
- Position status report
- Joining report.
