Job Description
• A minimum of 2-3 year recruiting experience with the primary focus on sourcing, in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Source Candidates / Maintain the status of candidates in the tracking databases (XL)
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
• Search for qualified candidates using social media, networking, and Internet-based recruiting resources
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
