Job Description

Savesoft, Inc is a Global IT Training and Consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. We are currently seeking a HR IT / Back Office support staffing operations in our corporate office.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 year recruiting experience with the primary focus on sourcing, in a high volume, fast paced work environment
Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Source Candidates / Maintain the status of candidates in the tracking databases (XL)
Maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Search for qualified candidates using social media, networking, and Internet-based recruiting resources
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

Education: Bachelors degree preferred

Job Location: Remote (WFH)

Salary: Rs.10,000/Month
