Roles and Responsibilities –
HR Business Analyst :
• Generate revenue and make a huge impact on Data Gyan’s growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning Data Gyan’s products in the market.
• We will provide you with a broad set of guidelines and you will then be empowered to bring your own creative vision to life and design presentations that create impact.
• Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into Business.
• Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
• Research on different tools to increase business opportunities
• Regular follow up with new and existing customers
• Sending mails and SMS to interested candidates, Call cold call lists (as provided) & Get candidates to walk into the office, Counsel candidates (from all sources) and convert to enrollment Skills:
• 0-3 years of experience in Business Analyst or HR Recruitment or MBA /
MCA/BSC/BBA/B.com/MBA/BE/B.Tech Freshers
• Well versed with job portals like Nakuru, LinkedIn Etc.
• Candidates who can join us immediately are preferred
• Passion to learn & explore Analytics and New technologies.
• Qualification: Any Degree
