Areas of Responsibility :
- People Process Management
- Be a forerunner to implement the Performance Management System & processes and other employee Life cycle routine processes, Implement HR initiatives / programs
- Talent Identification & Development
- Execute the Talent Management process adept with identification, rotation and capability building of segments of employees
- Assist in analysis of role descriptions, create individual development plans and develop a succession / career plan for individuals viz-a-viz key roles in order to ensure a robust talent pipeline in the function.
- Employee Engagement
- Identify employee / business needs, plan initiatives in the area of Communication / career management/ rewards and recognition etc.
- Engage with employees in the region with the objective of addressing grievances and proactively deploying solutions to avert potential grievances
- Manpower Deployment & Rationalization
- Ensure relevant manpower approvals with respect to hiring, transfer, exits in order to ensure that we maintain optimum headcount numbers and utilization
- Employee Data Management
- Ensure appropriate employee data management in systems maintained to capture accurate organization structure at all times
Educational Qualifications Required : Master’s degree or equivalent
Location : Delhi
Relevant Experience :
- A combination of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, Talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
