Job Description
Job Overview:
Managing data transactions records, carrying out data entry updates in HR systems, generation of letters and preparing standardized reports for AEJ, EMEA & AMR regions. Candidates will also support answering queries from employees/contingent workers that are routed through the HR teams in AEJ, EMEA & AMR with reference to data stored in HR systems.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- On-boarding, Off-boarding activities & data management for the entire employee life cycle in the PeopleSoft HRMS system. Manage Leave Administration process for employees and generate standard leave reports based upon SH requirement.
- Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and third party
- Generation of Confirmation letters.
- Generation of Offer letters.
- Reporting and presentation of findings of the reconciliation exercise to stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Benefits team on pending invoices and the regional payroll team on benefit payments.
- Support preparing standardized reports, and fulfilling ad-hoc requests if any.
Work Timings: The candidate would be required to operate in shifts starting 7:00 AM. (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for AEJ, 1:00 PM to 10.00 pm for EMEA; 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM for AMR shifts). Shift timings subject to business requirements hence flexibility would be required for the required job role.

Skills / Requirement
- Experience in the Workforce Administration and Recruiting module.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with extraordinary attention to details and accuracy.
- Experience working with / liaising with IT and being able to understand downstream effects are desirable.
- Excellent computer skills – intermediate Excel skills required
- Takes new initiatives/projects to improve working methods/solve issues
