Essential Qualification (i) MBA in HR/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Human Resources from recognized university or institution. (ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

2. Secretarial Assistant (Admin) /Post Code: 18002/ 04 (UR-03) (SC-01)

Essential Qualification (i) Graduate with PG Diploma in Secretarial Assistance or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application with at least 55% marks.

(iii) Exposure to working of civil society groups in the area of healthcare/public health/rural development and decentralized governance is desirable.
