Job Description
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree/MBA
- 2020/2021 Batch
Responsibilities :
- Developing strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers for Planning Hiring Activities.
- Maintain the company’s calendar and schedule interviews with the respective panels & HM's.
- Good in Excel skills
- Follow Up the interview candidates on a daily basis before they come for interviews.
- Maintain a consolidated tracker of all candidates who appear for interviews.
- Work directly with and report to the People Ops Head on all Hiring endeavours
- Maintain healthy relations with the candidates & the stakeholders
Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
