HR Coordinator
Job Description
o Sourcing profiles by visiting job portals, job postings, maintaining CVs database, screen the CVs.
o Co-ordinating with candidates, clients, other company’s HR, as well as pre-screening the candidates on telephonic interviews.
- Making the candidate aware about his/her role in the company.
o Conducting interviews & negotiating with candidates, Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews & verifying candidate’s credentials and expectations. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
o Giving feedback and other information as requested, to candidates and other stakeholders.
o Checking & inputting data for payroll from a variety of data sheet and ensure all relevant pay data is input to meet payroll timetables. Sharing payroll inputs for deductions for monthly additions as well as updates on any refunds/ deductions.
o Ensuring pay slips given to employees on scheduled date. Coordinate for corrections etc.
o Leaves and attendance management. Ensure leave rules are followed. Generate leave balance statements for employees.
o Processing incoming mail / requests from employees.
o Coordination for generating and disbursal of offer letters, appointment letters & salary letters to all concerned. Fill up all Forms etc regarding statutory compliances, ensure timely filing and payments. Follow up with vendors to ensure smooth, hassle availment by employees.
o Maintain employee’s database along with their documents. Follow up on regular basis to ensure all documents are in place.
