Job Description
- A candidate Male or female with 1-2 yr exp as HR.
- The candidate should be a BE Civil graduate with MBA in HR.
- The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Recruitment and Staffing, Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, induction and ensuring cultural fit., Payroll processing, Compensation and benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Statutory Compliance , Employee Grievance and Employee relation , Handling HR MIS data and records, file management.
- Other Requirements such as Good drafting skills.
- Good command over English, both written and spoken, Ability to communicate well.
