HR Executive/HR-Recruiter
Salary – 12,000/- to 15,000/- + incentives
Job Location- Zirakpur( Chandigarh)
Desired Criteria:
• Female Candidate with Min. Graduation or MBA/PG
• Presentable with Good Communication skills
• Confident & learning aptitude
• Comfortable in tele-calling & interacting with people
• Basic knowledge of computers e.g. Ms-word, excel & Internet
• Age between 20-27 yrs.
• Any Experience in Tele-Calling/Counseling/Recruitment/customer interaction can be an advantage
• Enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
• Making calls to candidate’s database for generating more walk-in
• Taking Interviews of candidates for various job profiles & check suitability
• Counseling candidates about Training & Placement Procedures
• Managing interview schedules for Airlines & hospitality clients
• Should be able to follow & maintain discipline in official premises
• Maintain Database & company records as per instructions
• Training & development
