- Plan, develop, implement and update strategies / policies for recruitment selection, HR discipline.
- Grievances, TD, Performance Management System, Retention , manpower planning, etc
- Employee relations Timely completion of all HR functions like monthly payroll, operations, recruitment, general administration, etc
- Attendance Management Attending employee queries and grievances Preparation of various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letters etc
- Arranging the facilities for prospective joining in advance On boarding Induction Orientation process. Maintaining employees records Appraisals Rewards Recognition Employee.
