Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and screening process of the new employee for the company.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview.
- Issuing offer & appointment letter.
- End -to - End recruitment sourcing short listing, scheduling follow up till joining.
- Collecting of all required documents & maintaining & updating documents of employee.
- Employee data auditing and updating.
- Attendance Management.
- Overlook records of all staff annual leave & attendance.
- Office Administration.
- Point of Contact between the Staff and the Seniors.
- Ensuring smooth coordination for quick closure on the open positions and meeting the business deadlines.
- Should be able to understand Digital Marketing, Social Media and its requirements, past experience is a plus.
- Self - motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills; written and spoken.
candidate have minimum experience in any HR segment will be prefer for us.
