Job Description
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
- Work on sourcing strategies for each role.
- Conduct recruitment activities
- With use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.
- Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Willingness to travel, if required
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

- Attention to Detail
- Good spoken and written English is a plus
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
