Urgent requirement of HR Executive for the IT Company.

Job Description:

• Candidate must be MBA with Human Resource, with excellent communication skill and presentation skill.
• Hiring and training of new recruiter employees.
• Follow HR procedure like recruitment or hiring, the resignation of employees, interview process, and basic back-office work.
• Coordinate with all employees, leaders, and managers for work or activities.
• The candidate shall be ready to travel across major cities of Gujarat and India.
• Have to manage all employee documents and policies.
• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews via some specific system like 360-degree forms.
• Manage attendance and salary of all employees.

Important Information:

• Graduation is compulsory.
• No freelance or part-time job or second job working is allowed while you are working with us.
• One year commitment to work with us is required.
• Newly formed & started up company.
• Monday to Saturday
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday (Lunch break and Snack Break is within the office and is included in the total work time). Extended work hours if not completed on time.
• Should be able and ready to travel in the team of total 2 all over India. Doesn't matter what profile you apply for. Traveling is part of any profile at Khichdi. In case of a business meeting, an employee should be okay for travel. Can be as long as a week of travel. The company will bear most expenses.
• Looking only for candidates who are ready to join the very next day.
• Mobile Phone usage is allowed only during lunch break.
