· Handling Recruitment , Induction, PMS , Compalince Training ,exit
· Handling documentation of employees , PF / ESIC and other statutory knowledge is must
· Ensure enrolment forms completed with all required documents and ID Card issued
· Maintaining daily tracker of all the employees deployed at client’s premise
· Responsible for training , grooming of employees at client site
· Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team
Responsible for background verification, document verification, auditingJob Particulars
