Job Description
· Attendance and Leave Records: Maintain Presence data through fingerprint machine and computer system. Maintaining leave balance for the employees throughout the year
· Salary and Compensation Management: Calculate Salary manually of each Karyakars in the first week of next month and get it audited – pay the salary in coordination with accounts dept.
· Maintain personal Karyakars. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
· Contract / Internal Transfer / Confirmation Process: Coordinating with HOD for the process of internal transfer or confirmation of the respective employees. Renewal of Contract for the personnel who are hired on contractual basis.
· Handle all quarries from karyakars to a satisfactory level.
· Handle disciplinary issues of karaykars in coordination with labour laws consultant.
· Exit Formalities: Conducting Exit Interviews with candidates who are resigning. Helping the person to be relieved properly. Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience. Doing the full and final settlement for the person.
· Must know the primary responsibilities of HR-Head and in absence of him, handle the work as secondary responsibilities.

Shreyas Foundation was founded on the tenets of Madam Montessoris, Rabindranath Tagores and Gandhian Philosophies of teaching. Established in 1947, Shreyas operates as a special Experimental School (Khas Sanstha, by resolution) on a 28-acre wooded campus since 1961. Classes start from pre-kindergarten to 7th Grade and a Secondary school from 8th grade to 12th grade in both English and Gujarati mediums.
Currently the Foundation consist of approximately 250 employees including Teaching and Non-teaching staff. It is situated in the heart of the Ahmedabad city.
