Job Description
- Extensive experience to Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant and new positions, should have strong in recruitment background and have ability to handle recruitments.
- Work with business and operations to provide HR Generalist support including recruitment, employee relations, talent planning, reviews etc.
- Need to ensure smooth completion of Joining formalities and Induction for new joinees
- Need to coordinate and conduct Events or activities regularly or occasionally as Employee Engagement program.
- Should have knowledge of monthly payroll process
- Should have handled employee retention and Exit management.
