Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To perform HR related activities pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
- Backend support for recruitment activities.
- Documentation verification, pre – onboarding task.
- To conduct new employee orientations & maintain personnel files.
- Internal performance related data capture & tracker management.
- Providing support and responsible for all training and development activities.
- Responsible for Exit/Separation actions as per laid guidelines, responsible for managing physical employee files.
- Maintaining the data in HR systems during all employee life cycle stages.
- To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day basis.
- Providing Administrative support to the management.
- Other related duties as directed by management
Key Skills:
- Candidate should be presentable and confident.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Good in verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in using MS office.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic and hardworking person who enjoys being a part of the enterprising journey
