Job Description
Responsibilities:
a) – Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
b) – Provide administrative support to management
c) – Compile and update records relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
d) – Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
e) – Communicate with public services when necessary.
Requirements:
a) – Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
b) – Excellent organizational skills
c) – Strong communications skills
d) – Degree in Human Resources or related field
