- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through data base,using job portals, referrals
- Formulating Interview Schedules, filling reports of candidate status, recording their joining reports tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database
- Sourcing and Screening resumes
- A clear data to be maintained for the requirements worked and the profiles sourced
- Accountable for the number position assigned for a particular period
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Good Interpersonal and team coordination skill
- Ability to work under pressure and meet requirement targets
