Job Description
Selected will work on following things.
- HR has to work on promoting and marketing our Job portal.
- Responsible for attracting job seekers to create profiles on our the job portal and make them use our job portal search and apply for jobs.
- Responsible for attracting recruiters, employers, HRs and Job consultants to create recruiter profiles on our portal and make them post their jobs for free.
- Communicate with recruiters, employers, HRs and Job consultants by phone and emails to get more job post from them.
- Placement agency point of view: Get contacts and establish relations companies and Clients to get job requirements and place the candidates.
- Collect the resumes as per the client requirements, shortlist the good resumes, coordinate between client and candidate for the interviews and successful placement.
