Description:

Handling end to end process of recruitment.

Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting and throw consultancies.

Handling new joining formalities
-
Generating offer letter, appointment letter.

Manage the attendance and leaves of the employees
-
Maintaining personal files or records of employees.

Take complete care of the HR and Admin duties.
-
Responsible for conducting exit interviews. Processing the clearance for full and final settlement. Analysis of exit interviews and reporting to top management and reparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.

Freshers with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Team player. Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate.
