Job Description
HR ADMIN RECRUITER & CLIENT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media,job portals, etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Counselling candidates for different vacancies in different companies.
- Interviewing, screening, shortlisting candidates over the phone as per the requirements of the clients.
- Coordinating with candidates for interview line ups.
- Campus Drive organisation in colleges as well as in company also.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
Experience:
- management: 1 year (Preferred)
- management, staffing,campus drive management ,: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Location:
- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred)
Licence:
- Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
Language:
- English ,Hindi (Preferred)
