Salary: 15000 - 20000 Per Month
Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening and interviewing) of candidates for the in-house& all the business units within defined TAT and cost effective key hiring strategies. Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy. Prepared job description and specifications as per the requirement. Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement. Screening of profiles along with preliminary telephonic interview to check the suitability of the candidate withthe job requirement. Lining up short listed candidate for interview. Post interview co-ordination with candidates. Administered out- Offer letters, Negotiated Salaries, following up with the candidates till joining process. Recruiting candidates at various levels, i.e. from the experience range of 0-30+ years for Regular as well asfor the Projects. Performed full cycle for recruiting on 35-40 job requisitions. Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports. Multi-location Recruitment. Employee Relations, On-boarding-Joining Formalities, Induction, Employee Referral Program, EmployeeEngagement Activity. Planning and finalizing the Annual Engagement Calendar. Performed targeted candidate searches via employee referrals, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, andindustry specific associations to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Regular updating of Recruitment MIS Reports on daily and weekly basis. Responsible for ensuring Job Portal agreements are valid and timely renewed. Successfully attendance process & report to head office. Also responsible for the concern group's entire payroll.
 Responsible for Training need identification & training for employees.
