Job Summary

Job For Fresher or having less than 1-year experience in HR

Proficient in English speaking and should have good Personality.
Should have good knowledge of Social media sites.
Should have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Always keen to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for end to end recruitment
Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
Sourcing profiles based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Linkedin, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates for status.
Preparing Job Descriptions.
Delivering numbers as per the Requirement
Preparing documentation of the employees
Managing documents file of each employee in the company
Taking daily attendance of each employee and preparing attendance report in every month end
Leave approval of the employee and Managing leave data of each employee
Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
Planning and executing a different activity in the company for employee motivation
Managing employee data in Excel sheet
