Job Description

Educate, train, monitor, problem-resolve and ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees, managers and executives.
Directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs are additional HR Executive responsibilities.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Excels both in independent work and collaboration.
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
