Key Responsibilities:

Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality and updating leave status
Maintaining and updating employee database on regular basis
Resolving employee grievances or queries
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Conducting exit interviews for employees and documenting respective files
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Responsible for employee engagement activities

Professional Skills:

Exceptional communication skills
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and be able to improve performance through management feedback

Qualifications Required:

Graduates and postgraduates (B.COM/MBA-HR preferred)
