· Minimum 0-5 Years of relevant work experience in recruitment

HR-EXECUTIVE
· Designing and updating job descriptions
· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
· Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
· Handling generalist activities like Payroll Processing, Offer generation, Conducting orientation program for new joiners, Statutory compliance handling, employer database maintenance etc...
