JOB SUMMARY:

HR Executive  - BPO and Healthcare.

Sourcing candidates for different level of In house openings.

Should well know working for the requirement.

Daily recruitment target should accomplished.

Should process for salary approval and on boarding.

Campus hiring / Institute hiring/ Job fair tracking knowledge should require.

Should take own responsibility on the requirement and timely closures.

Candidate should have good in recruitment process\ hiring types.

Minimum 1 -2 years experience required for the recruitment & Post Recruitment also,

Requested Junior and Senior executive can apply.

Convenient for shift/ Good in Basic Excel and Formulas.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Candidate must have voice and non voice hiring experience.
Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.
Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.
Handling preparation of HR Related correspondences.
Ability to source different kind of requirements through various portals such as Naukri and Linked In and other sources.
Aggressive candidate with good passion in Recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should be good in negotiation skills.
Should have experience in Bulk hiring, Campus drive, Job fair.
Should be flexible for travelling for Campus drives, Job fairs and all.
Preparing of Offer letters, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letters, Relieving and Experience Letters.
Conducting Employee engagement activities.
Flexible in shift timings.
