Job Description
Job Responsibilities for HR Executive :
- Knowledge/hands of experience in
- Attendance Management
- Payroll Processing
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Manage the onboarding formalities, prepare & issue relevant letters.
- Responsible for release of monthly MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
- Help HR head in rolling out of Policies
