Job Description
HR Executive (Fresher/ Intern)
Experience: 1+ Yr (6 Months can work)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
- Calling & Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews.
- Support of departmental representatives in HR questions
- Referring employee issues to senior HR staff
- Conducting inductions of new staff, Introduction of new staff into their work environment
- Inputting into the monthly payroll
- Support in the handling of the employees’ payment
- Conducting research about best practices and current salaries on the respective market
- Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees
- Candidate should have degree in human resource management, or any other related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
- Salary as per Industry standards
- Recruitment Agency exp. in preferable.
