Job Description
- Position: HR EXECUTIVE/SR. HR EXECUTIVE
- Qualification: Graduate only (Any, Education) (B.Tech, M.tech, IT candidates are not eligible for HR profile)
- Experience: Fresher/Experience
- Salary: 10 k-30 k
- Timing: Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 6:pm, (Fixed Saturday, Sunday OFF)
- Benefits: Company Policy,Fixed Saturday and Sunday OFF, Leave, Time Policy
- We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
- HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating current recruitment policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
- To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge.
- Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
