- Handling recruitment cycle, vendor management, selection, offer, document screening, salary negotiation, date of joining and final Settlement Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Interview Scheduling and coordination with the shortlisted candidates also conducting and coordinating telephonic, video conference interviews with business partners
