Job Description
Location: New Delhi, Nehru Place
Responsibilities of HR.
Recruitment and Compensation :
- Understanding hiring requirements
- Assisting in preparation of JDs
- Coordinating with recruitment firms and online sources for candidate search and hiring
- Updating CV databases and preparing regular MIS reports
- Scheduling Interviews and follow ups with candidates.
- Working out appropriate offers &completing all documentation.
- Managing hiring vendors.
- Onboarding all new joinees
- Preparing and coordinating induction programs for new joinees
- Coordinating for required training programs for employees from time to time
- Processing payroll and reimbursements.
- Maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Process documentation and database management related to staffing and recruitment.
- Compiling and updating employee records.
- Managing employee welfare activities.
- Preparing necessary reports/analysis of monthly pay registers for management.
- MIS reporting, Position trackers, Headcount Master
- Planning and executing employee engagement programs.
- Managing vendors across services.
- Facility Management.
- Petty Cash and Expenditure Management.
- Coordinating the quarterly and annual appraisal process
- Ensuring timely payout of variable pay
