• Position – HR EXECUTIVE
• Service hours–  6 days a week 9 hours day shift
• Qualification – Post Graduates  MBA,BBA,BCOM
• FRESHERS
• SALARY – 15,000-20,000  PER MONTH
• INCENTIVES UP TO 5 LAKH

Job Description

• 'Cold calling' companies to generate new business
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Interviewing and testing job seekers
• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Screening and short listing candidates for employers to interview
• Building relationships with employers and job seekers
• Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
• Head hunting at mid & Senior Level.
• Sourcing Suitable candidates through various job portals & other sources.
• Good at Vendor Management
• Conducting Telephonic or Personal Interviews with the candidates and getting preliminary Information's.
• Co-coordinating with Business heads to Schedule Final Rounds.
