Job Description
- We are urgently looking experience professional for the post of Business Development Manager (BDM, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Sales Manager, Direct Sales, Area Sales Manager, Marketing Expert)
- Prepare a database of all companies in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of service handled by Madhyam Technology
- Send out Information kit to prospective customer giving information about Madhyam Technology service offerings
- Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients
- New Customer acquisition activities like Cold-calling, lead generation, meeting prospects, submitting proposals.
- Following the sales process from start to close
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base.
- Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories
- Effectively Communicate the Value proposition through proposals & presentations
- Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation
- Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Experience selling to Virtual Goods, Mobile apps, Website, Any kind of Digital goods
- Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools
- Proven track record of sale success
- Male Candidates preferred
- M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required with 1-5 years of experience in Direct Sales/ Business Development
