Job Description
- Recruiting, staffing and coordination with other department regarding new experienced/ freshers requirement.
- Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews.
- Follow-up with the candidate on Offer made and date of joining.
- Recruitment across all locations and departments.
- Induction of new employees/ joinees/ employee. orientation Interacting with all Departments regarding the Recruitment.
- Create a Talent Pool for current and Future Requirements.
- Work on On-line and Off-line modes of Recruitment
- Will coordinate and execute all employee engagement activities.
- Managing employee information through Human Resource Information System.
