Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Search resumes on job portals, candidates interaction, scheduling interviews and close the position.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Performing follow-up duties.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Planning events and activities regularly or on some occasions, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those.
- Helps in business development work too.
- Flexible and Adaptable.
- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
- Preparation of salary statement.
- Managing workplace safety issues.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
- Note: For first 6 months, the candidate will be under training period and will be given a stipend of 8000 INR.
- After that he/she will be absorbed in the company and monthly salary will be increased in the range of 10k-15k.
