Job Description
1.Excellent communication skill
2. Candidate should have knowledge of MS Excel and MS word.
3.Candidate should have knowledge of PF, ESI, Pay Roll, EPF.
4.Compiling and update employee records.
5.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. {Staffing, Training, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal & Grievances etc.}
6.Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
7.Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
