Job Responsibilities :
- Should have knowledge in Core Activities, Attendance, Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter Etc Joining Formalities, In Recruitment End to End Process, And also in Accounts, Finance Basics.
- Recruitment/New Hire Process.
- Benefits Administration.
- Handling grievances.
- Disciplinary action.
- Record Maintenance.
- Induction and Onboarding Training.
- End-End HR Activities
- Preparing MIS And Maintaining PMS of the employees.
- Employee engagement

- Conducting ER Activities
