Requirements:
- Knowledge in HR roles & responsibilities for US night Shift.
- Experience of
Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities, Attendance Management, Leave Management,
HR Assistance, HR Administration, HR Generalist Activities, HR Operations.
- Ability to work well
within a team and independently.
- Ability to
communicate with peers, subordinates and supervisors in verbal or
written form to define clear requirements.
- Proven ability to
meet deadlines.
- Knowledge on MS
Office/ Outlook.
- Can Manage MIS
reports.
- Ability to assist in
Night Shift projects.
