Job Description
Immediate requirement for a Leading MNC Company, looking for MBA-HR candidates having
- Understand client requirements
- Source and attract candidates by using different portals, databases, social media etc
- Screening the profiles, as per the client's requirement.
- Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up.
- Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query.
- Follow up with the offered candidates (pre & post offer)
- Updating and maintaining the database and generating daily reports.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
